“Milk Quality, Nutrition e Management of dairy cattle” (NuMoL)


che si sarebbe dovuto tenere nel mese di giugno c.a. dal 18 al 21

E’ STATO ANNULLATO.

The "Consorzio Ricerca Filiera Lattiero-Casearia" is a regional entity with public governance based in Ragusa.

The principle activity of the Consortium is the study of traditional Sicilian dairy products and is geared towards the methods of small and medium traditional cheese-makers.

The Consortium works towards the greater goal of elevating the production of historic cheese, made according to traditional methods, to the status of "works of art." These great cheeses should be considered among Italy's true cultural assets, among the other works of art for which the country is famous.
