CoRFiLaC, has ever worked with the historical productions, has created a new workplace with the Developing Countries, that today represent the most great cultural and universal reserve aloof from globalization process, through the iPWO Project international Professional Women Opportunity.
In Developing Countries, almost all the dairy products are household operations, using traditional preparation systems, and they are characterized by very small production units. Developing Countries could contend in a global market, on where the competition has an international dimension, only improving their own historical productions. In these productions, women have a crucial and irreplaceable role.
CoRFiLaC wants to become a “place” of thought, know-how, cultural exchange, as well as a place of interaction for the technical and scientific aspects, which should allow women of these Countries to have a permanent center of reference supporting their growth and technical, formative and professional needs.
